Chartel Hawkins, is a dedicated mental health clinician with over a decade of experience specializing in trauma-informed care, attachment therapy, and support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neurodevelopmental differences. Passionate about mentorship and fostering growth, she empowers clients and emerging therapists, guiding them toward clinical excellence, cultural competence, and sustainable self-care. Her work with children and families focuses on building resilience, improving social-emotional skills, and creating supportive home environments.

With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and behavioral health systems, Rosalyn brings more than 20 years of experience in counseling, corporate behavioral health, and social services.
