Join our Minneapolis-based outpatient team, full-time or part-time. Independently licensed professionals and clinical trainees are both welcome — treatment supervision provided at no cost where required by Minnesota law.

Join our Atlanta-based outpatient team. We welcome both fully licensed clinicians and associate-level clinicians accruing supervised hours toward licensure, with flexible, clinician-directed scheduling and free board-approved supervision.

Serve as RRCS's fractional HR expert, building compliant multi-state HR infrastructure — policies, credentialing workflows, and people practices — for a growing behavioral health organization. Remote, as-needed 1099 consulting engagement.

Provide clinical supervision, treatment oversight, and quality assurance for our outpatient behavioral health programs across Minnesota and Georgia. A remote, independent contractor role for a board-approved supervisor supporting pre-licensed and licensed clinicians.

Leadership-track administrative role overseeing recruiting coordination, EHR training, our 30-60-90-day onboarding program, and clinical documentation compliance across our Minnesota and Georgia teams. Part-time, hourly, hybrid eligible.
