Meet Charity – Your Compassionate Guide Toward Healing & Growth

Welcome! Now accepting new clients.

My passion is to create a safe space for clients to be their authentic self while helping to address thoughts, emotions and feelings as they come up. I work with clients of all ages— this includes neurodivergent individuals. I provide both individual and family sessions using a person-centered, cognitive behavior, dialectical behavior, psychoanalytical and systems-based approach. My background includes leading DBT skill groups, teaching emotional regulation strategies and collaborating with families to foster meaningful change.

I’ve also worked with children on the Autism Spectrum where I provided ABA therapy. Through my experience I’ve learned that there is not a one approach that best fits ASD especially since the population within itself is unique to each individual. I believe with all children, supported developmental skills through daily tasks/activities through play helps the child and their families navigate emotional dysregulation, home life and school life challenges.

I believe in the transformative power of Jesus Christ and what He started. In the Word, it is described that a cord of three strands is not easily broken and I truly believe that therapy is an example of this as Jesus is the foundation between the therapist and client relationship. He does the work behind the scenes as we go through the process. I provide a blend of non judgmental, warmth, creative practical strategies and holistic approach to connect. My faith convictions are important to me and I’m open to working with clients outside my faith. Building trust and respecting my clients needs and boundaries are most important to me.
