I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with nearly 10 years of experience specializing in mental health care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. I graduated from the University of North Dakota. My nursing and advanced practice background includes extensive experience in counseling, enabling me to provide comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I proudly serve in the U.S. Army, bringing over 11 years of military experience that has shaped my discipline, resilience, and commitment to serving others. My approach to care is holistic and patient-centered, focusing on building trusting relationships and empowering my patients through evidence-based treatments and supportive counseling.
