Together, we will explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools that support lasting, meaningful change.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also hold certifications in play therapy and suicide prevention, allowing me to support clients across different stages of life with care and intention.
