We provide this support.

Savannah experiences high rates of domestic violence and intimate partner violence. The resulting trauma--such as complex PTSD, shame, avoidance, and trauma bonding--requires a safety-first approach in clinical practice and evidence-based trauma treatment. We provide services for DV survivors in Savannah and throughout coastal Georgia via telehealth.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

12-session protocol. Particularly effective for sexual trauma survivors and Black clients processing the stuck beliefs that racial trauma and historical weight produce.

Culturally and Identity-Affirming Trauma Treatment

For Black Savannah clients: trauma treatment that integrates Savannah's specific racial history as clinical content. For LGBTQ+ clients: affirming, identity-safe trauma care that does not pathologize identity while addressing the real clinical wounds that identity-based trauma produces.
